This week in writing I used LPGs 3,9,11,13 to write about a clip called slightly cloudy  and we ha to write a letter to the other character

This morning we started learning about oceans.

I found out that the sea level because of global warming melting the polar ice caps

Later on, I want to find out how rising seas will effect NZ

Over the past week as a class we have all been reading together we read about making good choices and not giving up

The climb
There's a man  paddling through the mirror like lake looking at the view. As the sun rises it spreads a warm glow over the treetops.
Shimmering stones shine from the bottom of the lake.

The foggy Forest blanket is hard to see through but they manage to see him.
“There he is miss there he is”
“don't be silly there's no one there “
“The fog”
The children and their teacher head back to their camp

I have used LPG 11 in my persuasive writing this week by saying why our class should have a pet

Today in our math I figured out that you can't times one digit the same as 2 digits so we worked out a nother strategy

This week in math with mr b we have been multiplying big numbers with big numbers like 224 multiplyed by 9 & 95 x 75 

I have worked on LPG 17 solve division problems using a range of strategies
We did this by using sheets and questions given by mr B

As a class we have been doing procedural writing which is LPG 15 I can organise and sequence information reasonably in all text types

I have worked on maths lpg 14 solve multiplecation problems using different strategies .

I did a few sheets with mr b of having the bigger numbers and doubling the small number.
